As we have come to find that some people weren't fully utilizing their meal packages, we've decided to give you the choice. You have the opportunity to sign up for our meal package, at a modest fee, or make you own arrangements for meals. Our hope is that this will give you options not available previously, and solve dietary issues not easily fixed otherwise.

Hello Gatherlings,

First off, we got a really fantastic response to our Super Early-Bird special and are just thrilled! Thank you all so much for your support!

We are now on to the Early-Bird Registration period which will allow you to save $100 off the Harpist Full registration just by making sure you pay in full and have your registration sent and postmarked on or before March 24, 2025. Everybody loves a savings...WooHoo!!

We now have presenters and workshops posted and the schedule is not far behind so be sure to have a peek!

Finally, don't forget to make your room reservations by visiting the Lodging Page. All the details for Ohio are listed for your convenience.
