2024 Festival Dates

What's Happening In Ohio...

*** NEW for 2024 ***
As we have come to find that some people weren't fully utilizing their meal packages, we've decided to try something new and give you the choice. We have REDUCED the cost of the festival registration and are giving you the opportunity to sign up for our meal package, at a modest fee, or make you own arrangements for meals. Our hope is that this will give you options not available previously, and solve dietary issues not easily fixed otherwise.

Some folks have contacted us to find out if they could have an extension on the Early Bird Deadline in Ohio so we are extending it for everyone until April 10th so as to be fair to all. Be sure to get those registrations sent, postmarked by April 10th, in order save a $100 off the on-site registration price! Just visit our Registration Page.

Next, the Advertiser Registration form for Ohio is posted on the Registration Page so if you'd like to place an ad in the 2024 Harp Gathering souvenir program be sure to submit your form soon! Submission details are on the ad form.

Finally, be sure to make your room reservations by visiting the Lodging Page. All the details for both Ohio and North Carolina are listed for your convenience. ROOM IS GETTING LIMITED!
